- Best for: first-time ultra-thin buyers, gift sets, anyone choosing between the two flagship 0.01mm brands
- Contents: 1x Sagami Original 0.01 (5pcs) + 1x Okamoto 001 (3pcs) = 8 condoms total
- Material: medical-grade polyurethane (both brands), latex-free
- Thickness: 0.01mm uniform wall (both brands)
- Fit: standard 36mm for both
- Best paired with: water-based lubricant; if you need a larger fit, see Okamoto 001 Large (38mm)
Why we built this set
Almost every customer trying ultra-thin condoms for the first time asks us the same question: "Sagami or Okamoto?" Both are 0.01mm polyurethane, both are made in Japan, and both are excellent — but they feel subtly different. Rather than guess, this bundle lets you try both. It's also our most-gifted bachelor-party and housewarming SKU. Both products inside are imported direct from Japan with full expiry dates.
How to use
- Check expiry on each foil sachet before use.
- Open the sachet along the notched edge with hands — never teeth or scissors.
- Pinch the tip, unroll fully onto an erect penis before any contact.
- One condom per act. Tie off, wrap in tissue and dispose (never flush).
- Lubricant: water-based or silicone-based only — never oil-based products with polyurethane.
Side-by-side: Sagami vs Okamoto 001
Both condoms are 0.01mm polyurethane, both are made in Japan to JIS T 9111 standards, and both are 36mm standard fit. The differences customers notice:
- Sagami Original 0.01: slightly firmer base ring, 5 per box (best unit price), launched 2013 as the world's first commercial 0.01mm condom.
- Okamoto 001: slightly softer base ring, 3 per box, slightly different lubricant feel; Okamoto's pedigree in condom manufacturing dates to 1934.
Pick the one you preferred and reorder the larger box directly.
FAQ
Are both products authentic? Yes. Both are imported direct from Japan with original Japanese-language packaging and full batch traceability.
Why are there two brands of the same thing? They're not identical — the polyurethane formulations, ring stiffness, and lubricants differ in subtle ways. Many long-term users have a clear preference once they've tried both.
Is 0.01mm strong enough? Yes — polyurethane is engineered for the standard, with every unit electronically tested. The thickness rating refers to the uniform wall thickness across the body of the condom.
How should I store them? Cool dry place below 30°C. Avoid wallets and glove boxes.
Do they expire? Yes — both have expiry dates of typically 4–5 years from manufacture, printed on the box and on every sachet.
