How to use

1. Check the expiry and the foil seal on each individual sachet before use.
2. Tear the sachet along the notched edge with hands only — not teeth, scissors, or jewellery.
3. Pinch the tip to expel air, then unroll fully onto an erect penis before any contact.
4. Use one condom per act, and dispose of it tied in tissue (do not flush).
5. Lubricant: water- or silicone-based only. Polyurethane is degraded by oils — avoid massage oil, coconut oil, baby oil, and most lotions.

Important: condoms reduce but do not eliminate the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. Combine with regular STI testing and other contraception methods if appropriate.
